May 11, 1998! World woke up to the news of India's three nuclear tests at the Pokhran test range code named "Shakti". India tested two more nuclear devises on 18 May 1998. The internet world erupted with opinions against these test! As a response, a one page website was published on 20 May 1998, listing the reasons why I believe that India have the right to do these tests. (This one page archive is cherished here).
