Starting a Lifestyle hub in India

I want to start a lifestyle hub in New Delhi consisting of a luxury salon, an artists gallery featuring young artists (we have a community) and a lifestyle shop with clothing and accessories made by young NIFTian graduates. It is supposed to serve as a platform for young talent and we are also hoping to meet people who are interested in setting up a restaurant and a pub in this hub. Presently there are three of us involved including me, my boyfriend who is a hairstylist (worked in Ravissant Delhi for a year) and an artist friend who also does tattooing as a hobby.
