The film directed by US based Drew Heriot is based on the writing 'The Aquarian Gospel' which is estimated to be a $15-million project. Mallika has made news with acting along Jackie Chan in the English  film "The Myth".

 

She will now feature in the new Hollywood film , which potrays Christ's life between the ages of 13-30, during this period Christ is believed to have travelled to India.

 

Sherawat essays the role of a character by the name Saraswati who turns out a loyal friend of Jesus on his visit to India. "After viewing her work, we then saw interviews of her and were extremely impressed by her intelligence and her background." says Heriot.
