Night Shyamalan can keep his deer fence, rules judge
7 Nov, 2007
Washington, Nov 7 (ANI): Hollywood filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan has been given the permission by a judge to keep an eight-foot (2.44-metre) tall deer fence erected around his Pennsylvania property.Last week on November 02, Judge Robert J. Shenkin had ruled that the perimeter fence could stay. Infuriated neighbours had insisted that the mesh was ugly and that it ruined their views. The neighbours had also added that the fence had an adverse effect on property values, reports Contactmusic. However, the 'The Sixth Sense' director had argued that fence was necessary to prevent deers from destroying the planned formal gardens on his property. In the meantime, the Academy award-nominated director is currently busy working on his new movie 'The Happening,' scheduled to be released next year in June.
