Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has assured of yet another prople friendly budget before the release of the rail budget 2008-09.
He said the upcoming budget would consist of several new reforms in favor of the common man.
"The Indian Railway is passing through its best phase in terms of developmen and the budget for the next financial year would be a basket of comforts for the common passengers," said the Railway Minister.
He was addressing people in Bihar at the sidelines of the launch of Life Line express, launched jointly by the railways and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation.
