Indian top batsman Sachin Tendulkar who suffered a groin starin during the first Test against South Africa has been ruled out of the second Test in Ahmedabad.
Instead right handed batsman Mohammed Kaif who was away for a while has been included in the squad for the 2nd Test match which will be begin on April 3rd.
Tendulkar had been earlier advised two weeks rest after the Aussie tour but was declared fit prior to the Test squad.
Paceman Ishant Sharma also who skipped the first test following injury has been considered to play the 2nd Test.
