Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has started his 4 day tour 'Discover India' from Orissa's Nuapada District on Friday. The tour that will cover various districts of Orissa, has started from the poverty striken Kalahandi area.
Rahul's tour is expected to cover atleast 13 districts during which he will address public meetings and conduct interactions with youths, students, tribals, farmers and party workers focusing on issues such as education and employment.
On his first day vist to Kalahandi the most backward region in the State, he criticised the BJD-BJP government for the alleged poor implementation of the Centre's flagship National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.
