Bihar CM launch Rs 300cr mission

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had announced a Rs 300crore worth
"Mahadalit" mission towards the upliftment of the most depressed
classes of the dalits. "There is no denying the fact that dalits collectively constitute the
most deprived section of the society, but mahadalits are still more
deprived among them," said Nitish while addressing a "mahadalit"
conference to mark the 117th birth anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar. The mission launched under the state government would carry out
various schemes initiated for the welfare of Mahadalits over the next
three years.
