Left keen for Third Front

After parting ways from the Congress led UPA government, the Left parties are keen to form a Third Front ahead of the next year's LS elections.
"Our party is trying to form a Third Front to provide an alternative to both UPA and NDA to the nation before the Lok sabha polls," said Left leader Sitaram Yechuri on Sunday. However Left party leaders chose to stay away from the question of whether they would project BSP supremo Mayawati as their prime ministerial candidate. --MP
