Now after settling issues with the allies, the Congress led UPA government is faced with differences over cabinet berths within the party itself.
With the party sweeping a major victory in many of the States, the Cong High Command is finding it hard to fill up the cabinet and other ministerial berths with reasonable number of representives from across all States keeping account of casts and religious representations as well.
With Congress yet to reach on a final consensus on portfolios, it is most likely that the ministry expansion scheduled for Tuesday could be delayed further.
