Maoists menace in Jkhand

The Maoists on Monday blew up a stretch of railway track and set fire to three trucks in Jharkhand in protest to the Center government's move to tackle the maoists menace in West Bengal and nearby States. A 2 day bandh has been called by the Maoists in Jharkhand and Bihar from Monday. Meanwhile Prime Minister has had talks with West Bengal CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharya extending coorperation to strike down the Maoist violence and offered additional paramilitary forces for the same.
