Over 3,000 birds in Tripura&amp;#39;s Dhalai district are reported dead over the last week. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; Samples of the dead birds were sent to Bhopal&amp;#39;s High Security Animal Disease Laboratory for examination and had confirmed of the death due to the bird flu outbreak. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The samples were&amp;nbsp; tested positive for the H5N1 strain virus. Culling operations is already underway since Tuesday morning.
