Kyun Ki: A mix of sad and lively songs

Kyun Ki has songs by Himesh Reshammiya and Sameer. The title song ' Kyon Ki ' is a melodious duet song sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik. The entire album has different versions of the same track in different vocals which represents a mix of pain, sadness and hope to go with the emotional moments of the story. The song ‘Dil Keh Raha Hai’ is another fast numbered love song of the movie sung by Kunal Ganjawala. ‘Dil Ke Badle Sanam ' is a romantic track from the Udit-Alka pair. ‘Aa Je Le Ik Pal Mein Sau Janam’ is yet another lively song from ‘Kyun Ki’.

Bollywood’s ‘badman’ Gulshan Grover in Bond film

Bollywood villain who got a ‘badman’ image in Hindi films is to play as villain in the next James Bond film, ‘Casino Royale’. This will give a desi flavor to the Bond film. The actor said that appearing in the film would be a real honour for him and his country. “I have played so many negative characters in my time that people in India are often too scared to talk to me.” This time he will be casting the negative role opposite Daniel Craig in the Bond film directed by Martin Campbell.

Aftab Shivdasani plays an advertising executive who flirts with women and eventually gets killed by one of his girlfriends. He is send back to earth as a woman who then got to face the impossibles, a man in a womans body. Antara Mali, Ritesih Deshmukh, Divya Dutta, Bharat Dabholkar casts in the movie. The film is jointly produced by Ram Gopal Varma, Sunil Chainani & Sameer. Music is by Amar Mohile. The story may sound unnatural but is sure to entertain the crowds.

Antarmahal also deals with superstition and the extent to which it can influence a man. Directed by renowned Bengali film maker Rituparno Ghosh, the movie has casts Abhishek Bachchan& Soha Ali Khan in the lead roles. Supporting cast include Jackie Shroff & Rupa Ganguly. Raima Sen plays a cameo role in the film. The movie is already in news for its much talked controversial scenes. Antarmahal which was presented in the Locarno Film Festival is expected for release during Durga Puja.

Sanjay Dutt to host ‘Mission Ek Crore’ in SaharaOne

The Bollywood star will be hosting an innovative game show for the viewers of SaharaOne which is titled as ‘Mission Ek Crore’. Though the game rules are not fully revealed, the entertainment channel asserted that the game could be more challenging where participants will need to bet with their money inorder to earn more money.

This Priyadarshan remake on Malayalam movie ‘Boeing Boeing’ is more of an entertainer though the story is based on a thin plot without any strong story line. Akshay and John Abraham compliment each other well and their onscreen charm makes the movie going. First half of the movie is quite plain, but the second half makes up for it.The film is witty and visually colourful. Music is not so okay except for its visual appeals. Dialogues are funny with some catchy oneliners. Paresh Rawal scores with his comic timings. Overall ‘Garam Masala’ can be watched for a pure timepass.

It’s the story on the insecurities of a simple man told in a refreshing manner. And things change when the hero who is short in height decides to marry a tall girl. Rajpal Yadav puts up a superb performance. Rituparna Sengupta in the female lead role is impressing. Other cast is Kay Kay Menon who appears as the metro male who walks into the life of the mismatched couple. The movie is a good entertainer but the tempo narrows down the middle. Director Chandan Arora brings a good film with no pretensions. Narration by Naseeruddin Shah is defenitly a plus.
