Recently on the occasion of Teej, Parva Samanvay Samiti organised 'Hariyali Teej Mahotsav' at Holi Wala Park, New Delhi. On this occasion Vijay Kumar Malhotra (Sr. Leader) was the Chief Guest, while Ritu Singh, Ruby Singh Sehrawat, Ajit Tokas and others were also present there.
During the Mahotsava various cultural activities like; Kathputli Dance, Magic Show, Rajasthani Dance (Ghoomar) and Baijniya Drama were also organised which everyone fully enjoyed. Suited to the occasion, Mehandi & various types of bangles were also distributed. During the program people enjoyed the traditional food as well.
As the festival is celebrated in the month of Savana, keeping in mind the spirit of the season female folks also enjoyed the rides of traditional Jhoolas.
